Call us for Team Pricing. We give pricing advantages to those programs which choose Unilete for all their Team Apparel needs. We will quote your program the best price possible based upon your overall order volume, and degree of complexity of your order.

Ordering and Lead Times

The Unilete and UZ Product Lines feature typical lead times as follows:
On-Line purchases for UZ Baller Hardware and Unilete Softball on-online products will ship within one – two weeks of purchase.
2) In-stock custom T-shirts, Sweats (2 week delivery) / Holloway & Augusta Warm-ups (3 week delivery)
3) Premium Custom Game Uniforms, Practice Gear, and Warm-ups
For our Premium Custom Products lead times are typically as follows:
March – August: Two-Three Weeks
September – February: Three-Eight Weeks
Please plan ahead and order in the Spring and Summer to avoid our tremendously busy Fall season where
prices can spike up 10%-20% to cover our overtime and surcharges.

Order Processing

For all individual internet and phone orders, we accept Visa and Mastercard. For Collegiate and High School orders we accept School Purchase Orders, District Purchase Orders, and Deposits from Approved Booster Clubs. For Professional and Club Teams we accept deposits by credit card or check with the balance due upon completion. One of the above forms of payment must be in place to begin processing your order. Once your order has been placed, we will use your input to develop the design of your garments and lettering. If you have existing artwork, we prefer computer files in EPS, Adobe Illustrator (v10), or PDF format. Give us a call with any questions.

Product Guarantee / Return Policy

All sales are final. However, Unilete and UZ products are guaranteed to be free from workmanship defect and can be returned for exchange or repair.
